For Charity

Donated 11pots of these cuties to the office on6May...for Mother's Day. All proceeds went to the charity we support.

flowerpot1

Why 11pots? Well, I had planned for 10 only, with the display pot returned to me at the end to deco my work desk. But the response was so good, I decided to sell away #11. Plus, the office match dollar for dollar.

Big thank you to those who donated. Hope you enjoyed the cookies. :>

My Little Princess' Birthday

You guess it, its not one cake, she have cakes!
First, few days before the b'day, we had this 1kg Orange Cheesecake with Strawberry Jelly. We had it at my mum's place with some relatives.

And we have this half kg Rainbow Cheesecake at home on her b'day.

And my darling dear also wanted a mini party in school. Slicing a cake to serve 33 hungry kids during recess is too much for me (even thinking of it makes me giddy). So we had a mini cupcake tower! Pretty and simple to serve. Check out the happy faces! :>

For 14Feb

14 Feb. This round, I'm not sure to call it Valentine's day or 1st day of Chinese New Year. Its so fun to have both days fall on the same date.

Well, here's my way of giving flowers and still able to eat it! :>

Heartshape Cookie

This was from a Pri 2 school boy's request. For his teacher.
The cookie is about 5inch big (at its widest point). Will be nice to give as Valentine's Day gift. I'll be making more for my family!

...and I have decided, I'll make the almond chocolate chip version. :>

Cookies

Almond chocolate chip cookies. Almond was for the protein... chocolate chip... my anti-oxidant excuse. :>
I have colleagues that hated almond, I told them its chocolate chip cookies and they loved it. Well, its either my baking skill, or the taste bud did not turn up for work.
I'm thinking... $3 per 100g?
