these are mini blueberry muffins with almond flour added. Protein from almond, antioxidant from blueberries. Great choice for on-the-go breakfast.

Its such a happy thing to see the muffin puff up with a mushroom head when its baked.
Chocolate chip muffin with chocolate rice topping! I LOVE CHOCOLATE! I would have shown the picture of rich triple chocolate muffin, but then its so chocolately, the picture is quite dark.

Heartshape Cheesecake

This will be enough for 4 small appetite person, or 1 very hungry cheese monster! I have varied the fruits used according to season. Raspberry, blackberry, cherry, but a nice combi so far is strawberry and canned peaches. weights about 500g. S$10 each.

Giant Pineapple Tart
Specially made for the Chinese New Year. About 10 inch in diamater. A great way to start the CNY with your loved ones!
It really takes some time to cook the pineapple paste, but ready-made pineapple paste are usually too sweet. The result is satisfying. Tangy and slightly sweet. This may be my once a year affair, standing by the stove to stir the paste non-stop for more than an hour is no joke... too much for an aunty like me.

Ginger Bread House + Sponge Cake
