Rich Chocolate Brownie

I love brownie that's rich, soft, moist and with that little bit of chewy feel. Sadly some high end cafe serve dry out brownie that required the help of ice-cream to soften it!

here's my attempt.
the one on the left is double chocolate brownie. the other 2 are double chocolate, peanut butter brownie (sinful, I know...)


cut into squares...


served with strawberry ice-cream...


dress it up a little...




the most enjoyable part is having a piece just before bed time. :P
