Peppermint Cheesecake Slice
Here's the Peppermint Cheesecake I mentioned. I had made it into 2cm-thick, 2cm by 5cm ...great as a party finger food. I've used peppermint extract rather than artificial peppermint flavour. The result is worth the extra money paid. Oh yes! I've shaved a big chunk of chocolate into it... I really think they pair up nicely.
