Observation# 1: Fresh Cranberries are all sour but loaded with anti-oxidant
Observation# 2: Chocolate has got anti-oxidant too, ok to pile lots of it on the cake. Next time try add some rum!
Observation# 3: If you freeze the cake instead of putting it in the fridge section, it almost taste like an ice-cream cake
Observation# 4: First time we celebrate a birthday without the Birthday Girl!
